Financial Policy

We accept most medical plans. Please inform us of your medical coverage, or of any changes in your insurance carrier. Although we accept payment from your insurance carrier, you are responsible for any charges that are not covered by your policy.

Co-payments, deductible and non insurance covered services are due when services are rendered.

We accept cash, check, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.

A service charge of $20 will be charged on all return checks.

Payment arrangements are available for extensive treatment and major surgical procedures. Please ask for additional details.
